If you’re reading this post chances are you already own and love your Instant Pot but just in case you’re new to the game, here’s the low-down. The Instant Pot is anywhere between a 6-in-1 to an 11-in-1 multi-cooker depending on which model you purchase. The preferred use is probably the pressure cooker function but we’ve used it as a slow cooker, warmer, sauté pan, and rice cooker. It’s truly a game-changer for the busy human because it makes cooking your favorite dishes faster and more convenient. How great to have shredded beef tacos on the table in an hour.
