If you’re reading this post chances are you already own and love your Instant Pot but just in case you’re new to the game, here’s the low-down. The Instant Pot is anywhere between a 6-in-1 to an 11-in-1 multi-cooker depending on which model you purchase. The preferred use is probably the pressure cooker function but we’ve used it as a slow cooker, warmer, sauté pan, and rice cooker. It’s truly a game-changer for the busy human because it makes cooking your favorite dishes faster and more convenient. How great to have shredded beef tacos on the table in an hour. We’ve gathered up some of our very favorite recipes from some of our very favorite bloggers and influencers, in fact many of them have been guests on our podcast. Most of these are in our monthly if not weekly meal repertoire so check them out and give a couple recipes a try.
