Banana Pancakes (Paleo 3-Ingredient)

Ingredients

    Pancakes
  1. 3 eggs
  2. 3 mashed bananas, ripe for sweetness
  3. 3 Tbls coconut flour
    Toppings
  1. blueberries
  2. walnuts, toasted

Instructions

  • Mash up the bananas.
  • Add eggs and coconut flour and stir until a smooth.
  • Spoon batter into pan and cook on medium heat.
  • Serve with toppings if desired.
