Rache is a our podcast guest on this episode

We loved our chat with Rachel Conners, the San Diego girl behind the popular blog Bakerita.  When Rachel was only 16 years old, she had already fallen in love with baking and knew it’s what she wanted to do with her life.  After some great advice from her father to follow her heart and persuasion from her sister, she started her baking blog.  Eight years later, she is still in the kitchen, baking up gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free treats that taste just as good as their more decadent, sugar-filled counterparts.

In this episode we discuss the details of her business, what she does with all those baked treats, and her goals and dreams for the future.  She also announced her cookbook project during our show, so congrats to Rachel!  Her blog is jam-packed with gorgeous wholesome baking recipes that will feed your cravings but not fill you with toxins.  Listen in to hear her story, you’ll love getting to know Rachel.

Dr. C Vitamins are Pharmaceutical Grade and Medically Endorsed

30% Off Use Code: WEGETTOKNOW

Dr. C Vitamins are Pharmaceutical Grade & Medically Endorsed.  All vitamins are not created equal, in fact did you know there is no FDA oversight for supplements?  Unlike over the counter vitamins, Dr. C Vitamins are manufactured without commonly found synthetic ingredients, I mean honestly, who wants synthetics going into our bodies?  They are also non-GMO and gluten free. Their standards are so high the vitamins are actually manufactured just like a prescription drug would be in an FDA registered facility. Most vitamins do not subject themselves to this level of oversight. Their supplements are made with the purest ingredients and tested for potency and purity.

When you purchase Dr. C Vitamins, your mind can rest at ease that you’ve chosen the best.   I personally take their D3/K2 combo to support bone health, memory, mood and immune support and their Collagen/Biotin that supports strong hair, nails and skin and on nights when I have a hard time unwinding I take their Melatonin/B6 combo which helps me gently fall asleep naturally.
