It seems like half the battle with healthy meal preparation is finding inspiration and ideas.  Special thanks to Maddie for sharing some wholesomely delicious meal ideas with us.  Maddie is a young and talented healthy food and life blogger who writes thoughtful articles about current issues, her love of quality coffee, and delicious meals on her blog C’est Madeleine.  She was also an open and inspiring guest on our podcast, listen here.

Below you won’t find recipes (mostly because these meals don’t require one) but instead, inspiration for your next breakfast, asian bowl or open-faced sandwich.  Maddie also makes her own sourdough bread and it looks incredible.  Read below and be inspired!
